Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold and pack your uncut fabric in its original packaging or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned yardage, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
